Information we collect
When you use this website to ask questions, configure an order, upload photographs, or make a deposit, we may collect the information needed to provide those services. This can include your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, delivery method, order selections, special instructions, gift or recipient details, payment status and transaction reference, and messages or other information you enter during the customer ordering flow.
If you upload photographs for an order, those files and the information attached to the upload are stored so the business can prepare and fulfil your order. A bank-transfer payment proof may also be uploaded when that payment option is used.
The website also records technical and attribution information associated with a checkout session, including IP address, browser/user-agent information, the pages or referrer that brought you to the site, and campaign or click identifiers such as UTM parameters and, where available, Meta, Google, or TikTok click/tracking identifiers. The customer ordering flow can also save relevant chat/order progress so that an unfinished or resumed order can be handled correctly.
How we use the information
We use this information to operate the website, communicate with you, prepare and manage orders, arrange delivery, process and verify payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, keep the checkout session working, and maintain records needed to operate the business.
Where analytics or advertising features are enabled, relevant technical and attribution information may also be used to measure website activity and advertising performance. The site may use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API for these purposes; the server-side Lead event is designed to be sent only after the applicable payment has been confirmed.
Payments
Payment-card or other sensitive payment credentials are handled by the payment provider used during checkout rather than being requested as ordinary form fields on this website. The application stores information needed to identify and reconcile the transaction, such as the payment gateway, payment status, deposit amount, transaction/reference number, and related order state. A payment proof image can be stored when you choose the bank-transfer proof option.
Cookies and similar technologies
The customer ordering flow uses a session identifier so your order progress can be saved and resumed. Depending on the features enabled on the site, browser technologies and identifiers used by analytics or advertising services may also be present, including Meta identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. Campaign information such as UTM and click identifiers may be stored with the checkout session for attribution.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by service providers used to operate the site, including payment gateways, email/SMTP providers, hosting or infrastructure providers, and analytics or advertising platforms that are enabled in the website settings. Information needed to fulfil an order may also be used in the business delivery and customer-contact process, including when you choose to continue the conversation through an external contact channel such as WhatsApp.
We do not request your account passwords or full payment-card security credentials through ordinary website forms.
How long information is kept
Information is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above and for legitimate business, payment, support, security, and record-keeping needs. The checkout system is configured to clean up inactive unpaid sessions after 3 days. Session records that have been archived for deletion, together with associated uploaded photographs, are permanently removed after 30 days under the site cleanup process. Other records may be retained for longer when they are still needed for an order, payment reconciliation, legal or accounting purposes, or another legitimate business need.
Security
We use technical safeguards in the website to protect information, including server-side validation of submitted data and uploaded files, access controls, request protections, rate limiting, and protected payment verification. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so customers should only submit information that is reasonably necessary for their enquiry or order.
Your choices and requests
You can contact the business through the customer contact option provided on this website if you have a question about information associated with your enquiry or order, or if you want to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some information may need to be retained where required for payment, legal, security, or legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
Updates to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the website, services, or the way information is processed changes. The latest version published on this page is the version that applies to current use of the website, subject to any rights and obligations required by applicable law.
