When we will fix it
If your order arrives and:
- It is damaged
- It is not what you ordered
We will sort it out with you.
Depending on the situation, that could be a replacement or another solution.
When we will not fix it
If the item you received is exactly what was shown to you and confirmed before payment, we won’t take it back because of a change of mind.
That’s why we always allow you to:
- Ask questions
- Request a video call
- Confirm everything before paying
What to do if there’s an issue
Send us a message on WhatsApp with:
- A clear explanation
- Photos or video of the issue
Do this within a short time after receiving the item so we can check it properly.
Cash on Delivery (Enugu only)
If you’re in Enugu and using cash on delivery:
You can check the item before paying.
If you’re not okay with it at that point, you don’t have to accept it.
Important
We don’t promise perfect situations every time.
But if there’s a genuine issue, we won’t ignore you.
