Our framing service is not available on Pay on Delivery because every frame is custom-made specifically for your photo and size requirements.
Unlike regular products that can be returned and resold to another customer if delivery is unsuccessful, a customized frame is made exclusively for you. Once production has started, it cannot easily be resold to someone else.
For this reason, payment is required before production begins. This helps us cover the cost of materials, printing, and customization while ensuring your order is completed and reserved for you.
